Elementary Field Day is underway!!

6th grade had a fantastic time on their field trip yesterday to SAC Air Museum!

Elem. Field Day is tomorrow 5/8 @ 1:30. Postponements due to weather announced by 10:00 a.m. Rain date changed to THURSDAY, 5/10 @ 1:30.

It’s official. The graduates of the Class of 2018 turn their tassels. Congrats to the Class of 2018.

The Athletic Awards Banquet for Pender Public Schools will begin tonight, Monday, April 30 @ 6:00 p.m. Also, this is just a reminder that there will be no school on Tuesday, May 1st for preschool-6th grade as we are hosting Elementary Honor bands from around the area.

Tonight is the Athletic Awards Program @ 6:00. The Booster Club is providing a light meal upon your arrival. Hope to see you there to celebrate our student-athletes.

Congrats to the JH Speech team who competed this weekend. Many ribbons were earned all around and Alexis B was a top finisher (6th) in Oratory!!!

We have had a lot of chirping going on in our 5th grade classroom and it hasn't been the kids, just the chicks!! The kids have been pretty excited everyday this week to see if any new chicks have hatched. We are up to 9 total chicks. We also have some caterpillars ready to become beautiful butterflies!!! We are loving Spring!
