We are off to a good start for our can food drive with 523 total cans and Mrs. Carda’s advisory in the lead with 129 for secondary and Mrs. Goodman with 108 for elementary. Please continue to bring in items we are collecting till Friday!!

The Winter Sports Kickoff is Friday, November 22nd. The wrestlers and both basketball teams will have activities for the kids to do. The Booster Club will have Walking Tacos. Doors open at 6:30, teams will be introduced at 7:00pm. Hope to see you there!

Come on out tomorrow night and attend the Battle of the Bands! The battle starts at 7 pm at the Pender Public Schools. This will be a fun night of friendly compeitition to fight for rights to the title of "2019 Battle of the Bands Champion"!

Monday, November 11th Pender Public Schools is hosting the annual Veterans Day Program at 2:00 pm in the Heese Event Center. Students in Kindergarten thru 6th grade will be participating in the program and we hope that they will be able to wear a patriotic (red, white or blue) shirt that day to school. As parents, you are invited to attend the program as we honor our local Veterans and Soldiers who have served our great country. If you know a Veteran, please ask them to join you in attending the Veterans Day Program November 11th at 2:00 pm.
