Number 47 was Mrs. English; now, on to the grand finale!

We are back for our final “Who’s Who.” This PPS staff member has worked for 14 years at PPS. She orders all the food, so we all have a decent lunch. She must have caffeine in her system when she wakes up in the morning  because she drinks 0 cups of coffee each day. She says she really likes the job she has now because enjoys seeing and talking to the students and staff members at school each day.

This Who’s Who also has many different hobbies outside of school. She likes fishing, going to the farm, and working on old John Deere tractors; along with, spending time with family.  She and her family like to fishing every year in Minnesota at Lake Winnibigoshish. Her family just loves fishing and the landmarks there are to see in Minnesota. Her family also goes to Texas to see friends and family. Texas has different fun places to see as well.

This secret staff member attended Wayne/Carroll School. Surprisingly, she did not participate in any activities in school. This who’s who favorite memory as a child is summer vacation because she says she could play with friends in the summertime, and stay with her grandpa and grandma in Long Pine. Plus, she could go fishing and sightseeing with her grandparents.

Finally, WATCH OUT! This staff member’s pet peeve is when kids don't say please or thank you or think they are entitled to something that they didn't earn. So always remember your manners!

Can you guess our final “Who’s Who of Pender Schools?”

***Well, this wraps up our 6th grade “Who’s Who in Pender Schools” column.  A special thank you to all staff members who shared a little about themselves.  We appreciate your help and hope you all enjoyed reading the articles this year!
