The Pender Esports games have been announced for the 25-26 school year + some big changes, too. See the image below for the games that will be offered. Also, Nebraska's esports association (NSeSA) has made changes to move to the PlayVS platform, offering more national opportunities for students to play at a national level and providing better support with scheduling matches More information will be posted in the future!

School starts one month from today and fall sports will begin even earlier. All student athletes must have a physical before you can practice. Pender Medical Clinic has forms on hand or you can pick up at school office between 6:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Pender Public Schools summer food program will not be serving meals on Thursday, July 3rd and Friday, July 4th.

Reminder to football players that Coach Volk will be at the school today from 8-10 am for equipment check out before camp next week.

If your child will need bus services during the 2025-2026 school year, please fill out the attached form. You can email form to Dan Swinton at: daswint1@penderschools.org. If we do not have your form by July 7th we will assume you do not need bus service. Thank you.

Varsity football players: Coach Volk will be at the school Tuesday and Wednesday from 8-10 am for equipment checkout. No afternoon times. Contact Coach Volk if you want to come at a different time before camp starts next week on Monday at 9 am.

Congratulations to Kooper Schrunk who competed at the National Junior High Finals Rodeo in Des Moines, IA. Kooper is the 2025 All Around Cowboy National Runner-Up! Other awards earned are as follows: -National Runner-Up in Tie Down -3rd Place in Ribbon Roping -13th Place in Goat Tying -20th Place in Chute Dogging -Boys National Overall Horse of the Year -Ribbon Roping Horse of the Year The Nebraska team was Division 2 National Champs!
