Nebraska School Law states that all out-of-state transfer students, kindergartners, seventh grade students and all athletic participants, must have a physical within the last 6 months before starting school or practice. The cost is the individual family’s responsibility. NSAA states all athletic participants must have a physical after May 1st for the following school year. Physical forms are available in the school office or at Pender Medical Clinic.
