3rd Grade
We recently talked with Mrs. Meyer, 3rd grade teacher. We wanted to get some insight into what happens in the 3rd grade classroom.
What was your favorite part of this year?
I liked implementing activities that the students enjoy.
What is your favorite subject to teach?
Math
What do you do if a student is acting badly?
I attempt to talk to that student, discuss options, and help him or her set a goal for improvement.
How often do the students get frustrated when they are learning?
Not very often. They are usually eager to learn.
Is teaching hard or easy?
Both!
Is teaching fun?
YES!
What advice do you have for the students?
Listen and participate in class.
