FFA Makes Plans For Summer Fun

This summer the Pender FFA Chapter will once again be sending fellow students to a Leadership camp in Aurora, Nebraska. It will be a three-day camp where kids can learn leadership skills, play games, and even go to a dance.
The leaders of Peek will be the current 2008-2009 Nebraska state officer team. They will split the students from various towns into multiple groups to teach them life skills as well as leadership qualities.
The dates for Peek will be July 14 through the 16th. However, the deadline for signing up will be May 20. If you plan on attending please talk to Mr. Bartlett before the end of this day. It is not yet known how many members the FFA Chapter will send so hurry and sign up!!
