NEW FACES FOR NEXT YEAR
New Teacher Position

Some new face to Pender next year will be Kelsey Koch, Kelly Ballinger, and Cassandra Guenther.
Kelsey Koch will be the Spanish Teacher for the 08-09 school year, Kelsey is currently student teaching in Laurel-Concord and is originally from South Sioux City. This will be Kelsey's first professional teaching position and she is excited to join our staff.
Kelly Ballinger will be the Elementary Special Education Teacher/Special Services next year. Kelly, as many of you know, lives in Pender and is employed right now by Wayne Community Schools. Kelly has been in education for approximately 15 years with a variety of different backgrounds. She is also very excited to be in Pender next year.
Cassandra Guenther was hired as a part time Secondary Math Teacher for the 08-09 school year. Cassandra is currently a stay at home mom who is looking to get into the classroom for the first time in her professional career. She student taught last spring in West Point and has spent this year at home with her newborn son. Cassie is looking forward to getting into the classroom in Pender.
