This semester we are lucky to have two new foreign exchanged students with us. Natalia Vasconcelos, and Lais. Natalia is living with the Howells, and Lais is living with the Splitzburgers. I asked both of them a few questions just so we can all know a little bit more about them.
What were your first thoughts when you first got to the United States?
Natalia: How cold it is here and
how different the culture is compared with my culture in Brazil
Lais: I've been in US before with my
parents and I thought the country is organized with intresting
cities. Now i also like the friendly people.

Natalia: Warm weather, all Brazilians
food, and only having 6 periods in school

some foods that we don't have here.
What do teens in Brazil do for fun?

Natalia: I hate junk food so it's
difficult for me to like Americas typical

Natalia: Six months
Lais: When i go back to Brazil i have one
