UPCOMING VOCAL CONCERT AT PPS ON NOVEMBER 8
EAST HUSKER VOCAL CLINIC ON NOVEMBER 6

On Tuesday, November 6, 2007, Scribner-Snyder Public Schools will host the East Husker Vocal Clinic. The concert will start at 7:00. There will be 10 high schools participating in the concert. These schools are Pender, Logan View, Wisner-Pilger, West Point, Lyons-Decatur, Oakland-Craig, Scribner-Snyder, North Bend, Tekamah-Herman, and Stanton. The selection of songs include "Guadeamus", "Carol of the Bells", "Shut de Do", and "The National Anthem." The girls will sing "Popular" and the boys will sing "Walk the Line." Soloists in "Popular" will be sung by Hannah Bowder, Rochelle Caldren, and Courtney Rutar. Pender was drawn as one of the schools to perform a separate song. Pender will perform the "Battle Hymn." Soloists in the song will be Kelly Webster and Adam Pearson.
On Thursday, November 8, 2007 there will be a concert held in the Heese Event Center for the choir and band. The concert will be at 7:00. Many of the above selections will be sung at the concert. We hope to see you there.
