Wayne Invite

Pender's Cross Country team headed to Wayne on September 11 for their third meet of the season.
The girls ran at 5:00 with 68 runners. Shandi Thomsen had a time of 19:53. Hannah Bowder had a time of 22:32.
The boys took off at 5:30. The competition was tough with 49 runners. Coming in first place was Jarren Heng from Norfolk Catholic with a time of 16:33. Jay Schrader had a time of 22:19.
The team will be heading to Oakland next week.
